1. Digital Products (PDF Books, Online Courses)
All sales of digital products are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books)
Refunds are not provided for physical books once shipped.
In case of damaged or defective products, we offer a replacement.
To request a replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of damage (such as photographs).
- Send a replacement request via email to support@pipingmaster.in.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will verify the error and send the correct product at no additional cost.
